  3. HI I had a similar prob on my 110, where one hole lined up the other didnt, this was on the movable brace so too speak which bolts to the main chasis not the vertical arm. So wieghed up that these were to stop the swing and not load bearing so opted to leace one bolt out as it was fixed and held by one. They are solid as a rock!! hope that makes sense so to speak if not sorry il get my coat!! andy

  6. HI every1 not a regular poster, but something has been bothering me. I bought a 110 crew cab pickup which i converted to a sw, the guy who i bought it off was meant to throw in some anti roll bars in the deal, however when i came to collect it i was told that, you couldnt fit anti roll bars to pickups as they have stiffer suspension etc due to wieght load and there are no brackets to fit them. Its a 2000 td5 Is this true or has he pulled the wool over my eyes lol, as would love to get rid of the body roll. any help would be appreciated. thanks andy
  7. Hi everyone im new to the whole landrover scene, but am getting sucked in rather quickly and loving it. However i am converting my double cab pickup into a sw and well on the way. As any other man i love a bargain but dont know what my double cab roof, back and roof lining are worth, so am willing to sell them all but not give them away, can anyone give me a honest pricing, they are off a 2001 y td5, roof and back tidy, lining good solid condition just needs bit of a clean, any rough ideas would be great. Also after full interior plastics for back end of the sw ie round windows, back and back door etc, any ideas wheres best to pick full matchin set up at a good price. many thanks andy
  8. I am after converting my 110 crew cab pickup into a station wagon. I need a full roof with lining, the two rear windows (are these the same as on the 90 sw?) with trims a rear door and the two bench seats with belts. Also two rear doors or skins. dont fancy travelling all over the country for seperate bits off ebay. Any1 got what i need or know where i could go for a 1 stop shop at reasonable price, I am in north west so closer the better but will travel if price is right, oh fancy some boost alloys too if any1 got some knocking about, Any help would be fantastic many thanks andy
  9. righto i think the 08 dash is out then as far too much work involved for me!!! ha but thankyou to you all for your imput saved me alot of time and headaches there i think. not to mention buying a dash that would be a nightmare.. thanks again andy
  10. well thats the reason i rose the topic!! as i saw the same dash out the puma on ebay and was wondering if it was doable!!! but if heater and electrics are gonna be a headache then might be too much for me to tackle on my own!!! any idea on what a pro would charge to do the swap. mine is the early td5, bought it like a dog and could really do with full swap!!! as just is not nice to site infront of.
  11. as in an 04 or 06 something along those lines? how much do you recon one should set me back??? or any ideas on rough costs for a full interior in pretty good condition. im new to all this. many thanks andy
