Hi all Im looking for a rr I have seen a 2001 x reg for 4295 with lpg fsh and its a vogue but Im unsure about the engine. It has only done 98k its a 4.6 what are the engines like as the gem engines were carp or so Im told any help on what to look for or do I just go for a dirty diesel thanks in advance Paul :-)

Hi all again Can you please help me. While out at a car boot sale in a field. I thought it would engage the diff lock as it had not been used in a while. After a couple of attempts i finally got it in never had ant problems before but hey. Anyway just before getting onto the main foad i tried to put in in the unlocked position and it was rock solid went up to low range and neutral but would not slide across. Have i proper buggred it or is it an easy fix plz plz help many thanks paul

Hi all Happy new year I need a little help again looking to fit a new rear door to my 1996 disco. Can anyone help me GUIDE me on what to do as don"t want to break any wires etc. From what i can see there are approx six bolts holding it on two hinges i think anyway. Im fine doing that bit but how do i disconnect the electric cable for number plate light and window wiper etc. many thanks in advance paul

hi all i own a 1996 2.5 tdi in the last month or so i have noticed that when i start from cold and start to drive there is no power there and really struggles until i have driven about half a mile if that and all is back to normal your help would be much appreciated thanks paul

would it be a good idea to soak the whole intercooler in a tub over night or is that too long and thanks for all the help on this forum

i have a 1996 n reg 2.5 tdi i have been told that removing the intercooler and cleaning it out will make it run better what is the best thing to use to clean it out and is it easy to remove many thanks

hi all again so soon im looking to do all the oils in the diffs and gear boxes but havent got a clue how hard this could be or which is the best oils to use or any filters that might need changing i have done the engine oil filters . so if there is anyone near by that would be interested in helping me i would be very grateful. or telling me how to do it on here many thanks again paul
