  1. Lol. You confuse me Gord. Ha ha Already got a helmet. Had one all this year for different events. Wanted new Bluetooth intercom to use in Ireland so poor steve doesn't have to shout as much when he's near a tree lol.
  2. yeah gord, dont fit in me helmet though lol i've used celluar line interphone ones which were great, and did the job with no interference, but seen those on ebay and wondered if anyone had used them. If they aint so good i'll go for a set of Q2s i think
  3. seen these and wondered if any good? anyone tried them? If not Q2s it is http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=280541171137&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT

  7. Do any challenge event drivers fancy a bit of fun next weekend 19th, 20th June??? As some may know and as advertised on here the MudMachines Club are holding a charity event in Rochdale. There will be an "its a knockout" style course that local businesses will be taking part in, live bands, DJ, stalls (tyres, winch equipment etc), fun fair, onsite bar, catering etc etc etc. As part of the saturday activities we have an offroad course set out. Now, this has been turned into a type of punch event for a bit of fun, and there may even be some prize money . This is to show the members of the public what happens in a challenge event and what a vehicle is capable of. The course is set out on a hill side and has some interesting areas. Also on the saturday i need a few of the motors to help out in a display in the arena, could possibly involve skips and cars but those arent confirmed yet. I'm after some willing challenge motors to take part in this. Yes i know its late notice but we have been let down by a number of vehicles due to other commitments and dont want to let the public that are attending down. The offroad course we have set out is open to all on the sunday also so if you fancy it feel free to come down, tickets are only £5 and i'm sure we could squeeze some on the course on the saturday. So yes this is a plea for help lol. If you are interested please contact me with some details so we can discuss it further. You can get me on 07841 193027 Come on guys and gals, its for a good cause, the British Heart Foundation Regards Cookie
  8. Some of you may be aware that the MudMachines Club are holding a charity event next weekend, 19th and 20th June. The show includes an "its a knockout" style course, offroad course, live bands, bar, food court, stalls, fun fair etc etc. As part of the saturday events we are planning to put on a small show to the public of what we do in challenge events. We have a number of trucks but some have pulled out at short notice so we are looking for 3 or 4 who are willing to attend to take part. Now i dont want people to take this the wrong way but i need people who have had experience for obvious reasons. Driving over skips/scrap cars may be involved but unsure at present. We are also after some people who are willing to do some marshalling for the offroad course, we dont expect you to do it all day, as this wouldnt be any fun as some of you may wish to have a play yourself. this would be the sunday mainly, but need some for saturday also. If you are willing to help out, or know of anyone who would be feel free to contact me on 07841 193027. Regards Cookie

  11. got mine today, all sorted in just over a week. had no issues at all, apart from the geeky picture lol
  12. I run scrapiron rose jointed rear trailing arms on my challenge truck, always been great i must admit, apart from just recently they have worn like mad and have plenty of play in them. Anyone know what size/dimensions these rose joints are without me taking them off to check? would just make life easier. Also, anyone used these arms and replaced the rose joints with johnny joints?
