  1. Hi Western I have see the attached pdf and for me is difficult search some reference ( etc4033 etc4034), so i prefer to by only the tee adaptor, but i don't know the thread of the oil fiter housing regards kam

  9. I need to made a conversion from 19J to 200 dti. My garage man hi told that if i change the manifold with turbo of discovery 200dti with one turbo and manifold of 300 dti I have not problem with exaust pipe? Someone try do do this? kam

  12. I need to change the clutch and as recommended by western i put a new Valeo 130 heavy duty clutch. Now the my first problem befor to start new working. - how do I align the clutch? What can I use? i need to buy a special tools where i can find photo or tutorial kamaleon

I understand i must replace the timing belt a soon possibol Of course i have looked the thred on the tecnical forum, but this is the first timing belt that i tray to change, where i can find the part of workshop manual of 200 tdi that explane how to do? I saw the brand Dayco belts are of good quality? and the cluth that brand take? cu kam
  14. I bought a second hand engine ( 200 tdi) which was mounted on a Defender 130. Now I want to put it in place of my old 19J with LT77 gearbox. I want to do some work before to fit the engine, how is better to check? I had thought to check the timing belt, you can do it through this window, or i must to remove all? ( this is not my engine i have take this photo only for explain the work) kamaleon
