hi so i've been driving my disco around abit seem's to run ok but not very smooth ,so i have a rumage under the bonnet i check the vac advance by sucking on the pipe abit it seems blocked ,following the pipe back i find a non return valve,turned it round and all seems well have i done right?

hi could anyone tell me the maximum size of tyre i can fit on my mk1 disco standard wheels at the mo thinking of a lift kit plus new boots . im thinking max without lift and then lift it.ah done a search found a post thanks all...........

hi i am thinking of swaping from carbs to efi on my v8 rover powered QT and wondered if it is a large job, im am happy to do the work but i am unsure of what i need to do the job and what is best .the engine was a 3.5 vitesse it had a total rebuild now 3595cc and it really sings it was built by a guy in cornwall at great expence to it last owner i was told i need a 3.9 efi. thanks

they had some of those kite's in my local pc shop(bought from ebay) they were cack, which is a shame as it could have been so good...

the stuff i used was explosion bonded and i think it came from sweden

i have used the exlosion bonded ali/steel when fitting a shelter deck on a fishing trawler very easy to use.weld steel to the steel bit and ali to the ali bit
