just got this for daily dutys . 86 efi on lpg,has some arches blended in and 8/5x16 compomotives, only a few probs the heaters intermitent but it hasnt blown warm for a couple of days,ive changed the stat and flushed the system,and it wants some trim bits replacing when i find some,its manual aswell but would have prefured an auto any way heres a pic hope you like http://s289.photobuc...t=IMAG_0259.jpg

i had the same on a merc 300d and it was the very rear heater plug.it snaped just under the nut.so nothing left to turn.i welded a nut on it several times and it came out after two hours swearing and bloody knuckels hope this is some help russ
