It's looking rapid

Check there isn't a leak somewhere, typically around the fuel injector unions. I dropped 3 mpg due to a single union slightly leaking on the back of the injection pump. The oil filter having diesel dripping from it is a tell-tale sign.
I also lost 3mpg once for leaving my fuel cap at the petrol station...

I would say 28mm, possibly 27mm. I used a 29mm and it was a bit loose.
@TSD Is the alternator the same? Mine is like this, running the vacuum pump. It's annoying as it's got a problem and an M&D replacement is £300. Can't find anywhere else to buy one.

Get them to measure the chassis using the specified dimensions

These are the rear fog lamp wiring diagrams for an 07 LHD Defender. It kept the same ECU for Puma vehicles.
Regarding the front fog switch, there's some info here:
I believe you can use a relay, but it switches earth rather than live.
Some info here about how the accessory kit can be fitted to the vehicle, which includes this switch: https://www.landroverworkshop.com/parts/LR006815

YUG000530LNF rear fog switch uses an ECU to control the logic, part number YWC104430L. Here's a description of the rear fog light circuit in 2002-2006 vehicles:

Is it better than before, the same or worse? Are the caliper bleed nipples at the top?

The A frame looks the right way. I would bolt the ball joint to the A frame, then to the axle. It has a habit of wrenching the axle into place. Looks like the anti roll bar is attached as well. It'd be easiest to remove that and the springs, and then get the ball joint in along with the trailing arms first.

I always wondered how bonnets got Puma bonnets stolen so easily, until I saw it being done in under a minute:

The Russian dashcam videos on Youtube are hilarious, yet the UK ones are utterly dull. But I prefer it that way.
Although, modern cars have such awful visibility around the A pillar i'm not surprised things happen at junctions.

The wolf 90 springs are like super super HD. I imagine they'd be horrible unless you run a fully loaded vehicle all the time. I have a hard enough ride with utility springs on my 110 SW when it's empty.
RKB101060 is the part looking like this:
Looks pretty tall, although is progressive

Mine came from GDI products via Craddocks, but they have an ebay shop http://stores.ebay.co.uk/gdiproducts
Very good quality and looks factory. They do heavier duty versions too.
The courier wasn't great though, it came a bit bent and scratched. Be prepared.

Do they work? Fair enough for ice but the time you need something to clear your mirrors is on the motorway during spray. Do they make a difference?

They just need to make it so we can replace the body panels with Defender ones; then we get what we want
-
I've seen that too. Also, cars with KM speedos sometimes in km, sometimes miles as km, sometimes km converted to miles

The user manual from 1996 mentions tubeless tyres, if that means anything

Check the triangular lower link bushes and the axle top link ball joint for play RE: the clanking. The vibration sounds like something else, as above.

ZF worked for me, priced somewhere in the middle. I wouldn't buy the cheapest.

MOT documents are only on-line for vehicles submitted for test in the fairly recent past. Without looking at mine I can't recall but it can only be about six years can't it? Or is time flying?!
Shows records since 2005. Hasn't had an MOT since then. It may be rotting in a field or illegally exported

As above and also is it a 90 with the small 205 tyres?
