Will do Paul as soon as I can, here's a link cheaper direct www.safari-equip.co.uk/ -
Just a post to sing the praises of safari equip of Bradford, bought their galvanised rear wheel carrier for my defender and must say it's a quality bit of kit, Tom an employee there and the boss himself came out to show me the correct way to fit it after I arrived there out of the blue scratching my head with it partly bolted on and stressing about not being able to fathom out how to get one of the brackets to line up correctly. After an offer of a cup of tea and their sound advice on the correct fitting procedure I realised what a numpty I had been, got home and fit it with ease. Thank you Safari equip.

2.5 300 tdi and one silencer i think without looking at it, don't fancy going out now it's dark and p....ing it down plus got to get up for an early shift int morning.

Hi It's not money motivated , the guy who said it's not good advised me to go back to the firm that custom made and fit it, he didn't try to get any business from me.

Went to a tyre fitters today which also supplies custom made exhausts, and to cut a long story short on noticing my exhaust they said it 's a terrible job, he went on to say it was totally the wrong diameter for a 2.5 tdi. he said it's only 50mm tapering to 45 mm and it must be choking my engine effecting power and fuel consumption and it's small wonder has not knackered the turbo, he as advised me to go back to them which i have now arranged with the original fitter to do, i won't mention which company fit it till i her what they have to say, but they are national. The exhaust has not just been fitted it was fitted 5 years ago, but the doubt has been put in my head about it now and it wasn't cheap. Any thoughts on this. Thanks

I too had a shock when I got my renewal quote from NFU, phoned around some companies and got sick and tired talking to people who didn't have a clue about landrovers and especially any mods on them, so phoned NFU to discuss my high quote and managed to get it down by a substantial amount, so am staying with them. So my advice would be don't ignore your quote speak to them and negotiate.
