  1. Thanks. Problem solved, tried to turn the alarm on and off, then it started!
  2. My 300 tdi will not start anymore, think and hope its the lift pump, there is no resistance when pumping by hand, but when I crank the engine it comes fuel out of the bleed screw on the diesel filter top, am I right????
  3. Ok, tanks will check that first, is that an easy job doing myself?
  4. I'm considering buing a 2007 Defender with the 2,4 l engine, the engine has a oilleak in the top and needs a new rocker cover gasket. Does anyone know if its easy to change for a DIY mecanic? (I can see by the picktures that the fuel injectors ha to be removed) The transfer box has also been changed on this car with a used box from a crashed car with 14000km, any considerations about this? The total km on the car is 96000km
  5. Ok, its a line from the upper part of the radiator to the coolant expansion tank, and its split and connected to a one way valve probably because of the webasto installation.
  6. I have just bought a Defender 2004 110 which has a coolant leak, I have found where its leaking from and wonder if anyone have any ideas how to fix it easy. Its a connection on the breather pipe from the radiator to the expanion tank.
  7. Sorry, checked again, and it's leaking from the diagrahm. It's a Defender 110 2002. Changed the dpr a month ago with a part from allamakes 4x4 lro16318, and it's leaking. Anyone know if there is a better or improved dpr on the marked? Or how I can see if a part is original land Rover part or a copy?
  8. Seems like the leak is from the diagrahm part, if there is a new and better partnumber for this does anyone know ? I've got a 2002 Defendér 110
  9. Does anyone know if the oem items from paddockspares Are original land Rover parts. Changed my diesel pressure regulator to an regulator from allmakes 4x4 pnr lro16318, has lasted a month and today it started to leak again, I also can not set the correct torque on the bolts because of little space.
  10. Changed the diesel pressure regulator for a month a go because of a leak from the diagrahm, everything Was fine until to day when it has started to leak again, but this time it seems to leak from between the regulatorbody and the engine, anyone had similar experiences? Should I just take it of and change for new gasket and o ring, or just tightening it up??
  11. Changed the two light switches and everything works fine now.
  12. Just used the old hose, and everything is ok now, no more leaking fpr, thanks for your tips.
  13. Just had a look, and found a blue plastic ring broken and a loose o ring inside the hose, NeXT job now is to find the right spot for them inside the hose connection, it's probably in the connection? Or could it be the part just before?
  14. Changed my fuel pressure regulator today on my Defender 2002 due to a leak at the fuel pressure diaghram, everything seems ok but the connection to the fuel cooler. Its a quick fit type connection which clicks in place and is leaking, have tried to refit it a couple of times with no luck, any ideas???
