  12. Hi lads, ive got a problem with my 300 TDI I bought it with a knackered engine which i've replaced. When i replaced the engine, I change the oil on it which had water in it, approx half a pints worth. I got the head skimmed and a new gasket fitted and then fitted the engine. It ran fine for 10-15 minutes but it kept taking water. It then stopped, i took the oil cap off to find that the oil looked like baileys! What could have caused this? Has anyone ever heard of a block being cracked? Ive done the head on it so I cant see how the water is getting into the oil. Any advice welcome!
