Interested in this diesel

Up for 4,500 and allegedly has a full service history.
The one owner bit is either great (consistently looked after by someone who bought a 50k car and has paid to look after it) or appalling (bought by someone who doesn't care!)...I am hoping it's the former.
Thoughts on:
* Price...it's toppy, obvious premium for 1 owner but I am not sure where a "good deal" should be aimed at??
* Good, local, indie to do a full inspection??
