  1. Thanks for the replies guys. It turned out that the front switch had broken in the 'down' position and so was forcing the window down and not letting it back up. I had initially discounted the switch as I disconnected the front switch for that window and tried using the switch on the rear door and that didn't work - so it appears that if you disconnect the front switch, the rear switch also disconnects! Anyhow, window up now and new switch ordered. Cheers!
  2. Hey guys, Just been out in my RRC and the window has decided it doesn't want to go back up. Since I'm at uni in the middle of Manchester, this isn't great for security! Is there any sort of manual override in order to wind the window closed (as there is with the sunroof)? I presume it's the motor as there's no motor whirring when either the front or rear window switch is pushed for that window, so it'll be a couple of days before I source a new one. Is there any quick temporary fix? Cheers!
  3. Thanks guys, Steve - hadn't realised that 20" rims could be picked up for that sort of money; this might be the best option as the car spends most of its time on the road and only has to go out into the fields now and again (but when it does ATs are an absolute must!). Will have a look at the Goodyear MTRs in the flesh though before deciding. Cheers
  4. Cheers Deano, A few options on there, but most of the R19 ones seem to be highly road biased and look as if they'd get stuck at the first sign of trouble. Annoyingly, it seems if you have R18s or R20s you're well catered for in the AT department, but nobody seems to make anything for R19s! The search continues....
  5. Hi Guys, Was wondering if anyone knew of any all-terrain tyres which are available in 19" and suitable for an L322? I've got BFG ATs on my Classic and they're ideal for what we need, but unfortunately BFG don't make them in 19" for an L322. So, if anyone knows of any tyres similar in tread pattern to the BFGs but available in 19", please let me know. Cheers
  6. I'll pop down to B&Q tomorrow and ask for one of their "imperial" adjustable spanners then....
  7. Hi guys, Tried to change my engine oil today, but could not find a spanner/socket that would fit the drain plug. Anyone know what socket size is needed? 1992 3.9L by the way. Cheers.
  8. Hello everybody! I used to be Wiffmaster on LRE, so i'm the same on here. Just found this place today after visiting (the now seemingly dead) LRE. No idea whatsoever what happened (and by the looks of it, nobody can say at the moment), but this seems to be a fine substitute. ....Nice to see it's not mag dependant as well.
