  1. Use Delphi connectors made weather proof A good electrical system do not need to be disconected it will outlast everything else
  2. Does it read speed from abs sensors? If yes it is possible to take the 4 of them put them on a single bracket and install them after the transmission on a single toothed wheel . I saw that on a sprinter engine transplant
  3. What is wrong by transplanting the om606 and transmision with all the electronic trying to clean most the unwanted stuf from the doner car and adapting it to an LT230 Other than the electrical chalenge that most people hate (i have no problem with that Is there anything that is not reliable?
  4. I just emailed them thx Easyier installation already the diff and diff housing are attached to the rover ,was looking at Killer axles from germany with the bolt on and i said why not all i need is 4flanges and 4new axles shafts volvo to rover and i am finished in theorie I am not debating it it works or not,do you have proof off someone that did it and it failed ?maybe i am wrong but i am only asking for a source for taller diffs .Thx
  5. Know if it exist i need taller like 3.0/1 or 2.88/1 The idea is i want to adapt my volvo portal drop boxes to existing rover housing flip the diffs and roll. Keeping the original 3.54/1 my final RPM will be 3500 ,changing the lt230 to 1/1 instead of 1.2/1 my rpm will drop to 2950 ,i want to lower it more . Thank you naji
  6. wow i have portals going on my disco from a 303 and what are you doing was in my vapour built for an overlander do you have more pictures:)))Are you using the same MB transmission 722.6 if i am not mistaken with the number
  7. I am redirected to another we site .is it sold?
  8. There is no way out i did so many research on this issue if you machine the hubs you can have of the shelf discs if not you need hatless discs like wilwood even me i am ditching what i did and restarting again with a fool proof setup more machining more money live and learn
  9. i thaught about that but unfortunatly i changed my intake manifold to a new Bosch /Thore manifold
  10. I guess i will keep it simple stupid with a cable less parts less thing to fail
  11. Cant you mod your Tps ? Or this was in the 13 cux?
  12. I know i can attach a cable but is it possible to do it electronicly ? I need to raise the rpm when winching and when usind an OBA . Thanks
  13. i like your reasoning ,and lets devid the thread into 2 things .Geek gadjets ( you and TSD) And K I S S (FF) While Geek can desingn a microcontroler that can do what ever you dream of . And KISS can design a board with multi relays and fuses that can be controled by switches or the Geek microcontrller this way people can upgrade there parts as a modular design . Lets make a pole of what people wand need and after the 2 teams can develope somthing that can be a product. Thank you Naji M.
  14. LolIt is a 3.9 14 cux the plan was to megasquirt it later on but i am puting on hold till i finish volvo portal installation
  15. Nice it is good to know a good machinist .Now lets see the rest of the built (i am using D2 radius arms on my Disco1 but i am early in mu build)
  16. You know i did the math again and it make sense with 5.99 diffs rpm at 100 km/h is 2470 And it is a less expensive solution but i still like to know if there is a possibility of an overdrive.
