  1. I like the sound of stainless brackets, in brushed stainless or black powder coated?
  2. I was planning something to solve that problem, a mud flap thats a little wider and maybe longer to accommodate wider tyres?
  3. Hi Everyone, I know a lot of you use Defenders as tow vehicles and I'd like to do a little market research: Does your vehicle have mud flaps? If so, do they protect you trailer, boat or caravan from stone chips and dirt? Would a wider/longer, more durable mud flap be a better option? Many Thanks Benn
  4. You can get the tube from; Metals4u and other parts like Roll cage foot plates from ebay
  5. I used a bit of tube and one of their gussets so the plate was high enough to bolt the wheel directly onto the plate, i welded bolts through from the back and used standard wheel nuts. Its a good site if your handy with a welder!
