ive snapped my chassis so will be going over to a 100" disco one then i can faff to my hearts content

good approach and departure angles are vital do abit of co driving and you will see why. rocks, trees ditches infact anything to do with challenges the less infront of the wheels the better. on my new build i will be moving the body back 2" as thats all it needs to get good approach angle without moving axles ect as your then into altering steering box and panhard rod positions. will it be a road going car as thats your biggest issue. if not the go for it and do what you think is best for you and your car dan

just makesure you stay off the grass with the bus, the site is a nightmare to get on and off in the dry let alone if its abit wet. bob has put a hardcore track in uptop so your best to stay on that. the road and entrance is pretty narrow but you should be fine as its not as tight as it was at tuff terrains to get in and out. pm bob (treebloke) for instructions though as it is a working field still. see you there

also the car doesnt have anti roll bars its a 200tdi converted to td5

it does no offroading what so ever, thats what my challenge truck is for. this car is simply my daily drive and tows my comp truck some times what spring colours are best to go for ? as daft as it sounds i was going to fit some fox bypass shocks or similar

its my std road car so dont really play with it much. the suspension was fitted when i braught it but its driving me nuts now as to the bone shaking ride. im just after other peoples opinions as to what works. doesnt matter on price i just want a better ride and to feel more confident with it at speed

i know its most likely been done to death but what can people reccomend spring wise to give descent ride quality aswel as good handling its a td5 but has no arb's fitted its currently on either a +2 or hd springs which id good for towing and good at shaking you apart cheers dan

its just a plug james remove it as d/d said and work it until its free hardest part is getting the throttle arm back on whilst keeping the plastic spacers located right along with the return spring

the problem these days though si is people just love to crack stuff. you stand the chance of spending hours devaloping a good idea only for someone to buy it, find out how it works, crack it then it gets leaked out and its game over. the best bet is to add your own device's or security features that only you, the owner knows about. thats what i have done.....and its nothing above theres still other things to cheat. its still the age old problem, if there going to take it, its going no matter what, all you can do is slow them down with mechanical devices where they have to make a noise to crack it. or, electric fence the bugger....they will only touch it once.
