  1. Thanks for the help guys, was ok till rounded the bottom bolt off, so had to take the inlet manifold off, all sorted anyway
  2. Hi my fuel regulator block is dripping diesel, looks a pig to change what do i have to remove to gain access and change block, cant see where the leak is, what normally happens with these. Cheers Paul
  3. Hi mine only happened after it was chipped, more turbo boost more heat, can even shear the studs off if your really lucky. Cheers Paul B)
  4. Hi i had this problem, it was the manfold gsket plus the manifold was warped. Best thing is to take old manifold to be skimmed, i bought a secondhand one got that skimmed b4 i took mine off, mine was 16th of a inch out one end normally the front and back ones blow
  5. Have no power going to heater blower switch, fuse not blown is threr a relay down by the drivers footwell if so is it coloured or numbered Cheers Paul
  6. Have tried to bleed it through top hose with bleed screw. have done this when engine is hot. heater is sometimes hot and then goes cold. What is the sequence for getting the air out. Cheers Paul
  7. All sorted now, it was the exhaust manifold gasket. It had blown through 1 & 5 cylinders, plus someone had got at it before as 3 studs had been sheared off. New studs and gasket everythink tickety boo. Cheers Paul

Hi. when i throttle up quite hard the turbo area squeals like a slack fan belt. i have pin pointed it down to the waste gate not opening or closing, if i push the rod back manually there is no noise, if i take the pipe off what is attached to the actuator it is blowing air through , what are your thoughts.   10. Hi today my disco has lost all forward drive, however in the reverse selector it will drive. During all this i had been towing a mini digger and trailer 3500 kgs plus. Could anybody shed any light on what and where i should be starting to look. Cheers Paul
