  1. I agree condition is everything. The back of most magazines list a good price range from <£1000 for a project to >£4000 for a referbished example. If its solid and has an MOT somewhere in the region of £2000 is probably a good estimate. Cam
  2. Hello everyone, I'm Cam and I own a 1980 Series III Lightweight (15HG59) we call "Mule". I have owned ot for a couple of years now and it's slowly getting to the point whwere I'm happy with how it looks. A 5L tin of Nato Green is waiting to be applied and I have a new Full Tilt on the way from Cromptons which will be the icing on the cake. My truck and I are in LRO this month along with 7 other Land Rovers as part of a softop special, which I'm really chuffed about! Has anyone seen it yet? While I'm here, I'm helping to create a directory of all things Land Rover on the Militarylightweight.co.uk site (not for profit). It is really starting to take shape and has 270+ Land Rover related links in it and now over 15000 clicks! But we could really use your help to add some critical information. We really need you to reccomend your favorite MOT centres, service centres and welders. A really good oppertunity to advertise your own or your friends businesses. Feel free to PM with your suggestions/details and I can add things for you but it is a wiki so you can add things yourselves too. Check out the directory here: Wiki Directory you can't tell me that it's not useful! Cam
