hi looking for info on rangy eng number looked but carn't find any info for the one on mine stamped 8.5 .1 comp eng num 35510408b not sure now if a correct number or if tamperd with in past cheers mal

when you hit that big pot hole . bump .ect and brake those thumbs you will wish it was on

when i did mine left both pumps just to see starts and runs great no problems

just done mine sent them details of new engine /number cc ect and got a headed note of local mot station stating that the number on engine matched the one i had put on log book sent it of 2 weeks later book back with change on it no probs

usually has big thick card type gasket in and a bit of gasket sealer just to make sure

hi have converted my petrol 90 to tdi from my rotten disco a couple of weeks ago just got round to putting transfer box in last week after a couple of days noticed a bad leak , its defo transfer box, as its gear oil not atf, so put it down to me catching oil seal when putting box in. have pulled it out today seal looks fine, so not sure if coming from seal or back of intermediate shaft.if so does anybody know what sort of job it is to pull box to bits to try new o ring

just put 200 tdi in my 90 when running the temp shows in the red on gage was told it would do .most people said just change it for the one from my petrol engine but they are different .tdi fine pitch thread petrol course pitch. so can i get one to fit or does somewhere sell an adapter any help

hi went out today to do some work on the 90 and its sprung a fuel leek its an 86 the tank only has one hole in the top for the sender does anyone know if the later ones fit the ones with the two holes in the top

any one got any idea about miles per gall, just put a 200tdi from a disco into my 90, I've used the 2.5 petrol gearbox that was in 90 and disco transfer box tyres are 205/80x16 just wondered

hi want to put 200 tdi from disco into my petrol 90 but will the petrol box be ok same gearing ect also will it fit do i need to swop bell housing or back plate also wil disco transfer box fit ok cheers
