Hi guys does any one know the fuse for this unit?? Basically when I slide the power control up nothing happens? Any ideas?? All input welcomed

I have an X reg TD5 was looking under it today on the ramp and noticed a bar had rotted through. Basically it a round bar that is behind the bumper. Is bolted on to the chassis legs and swoops down to the bottom of front bumper and this is screwed to it. My link its the bar running the bottom under chassis legs on pic 2 kindest regards in advance
