where do you fit the water thermostat in the engine of the 2.5 i have barely warm air from the system and thought the stat was faulty but i cant find it. is it possible there aint one fitted

I have reduced the oil level in the landi i bought to the correct level it had about 2 leters to much in it. still blowing some blue smoke though could it just be its age its A 1985 2.5NA.

Yea thats what i thought its just my starter vehicle havin fun in it though.

Hi im looking for forum members from Donegal where i live. I have a 90 landi with a 2 inch lift kit and a set of bear grill tyres fitted it has a 2.5NA original engine fitted since 1985. i would up load a picture but i cant figure out how

i have smoke constant smoke coming out of my landi its very light blue . when you are going up hill at high revs it would be quite thick, do you think its injectors she starts ok

Its a 2.5na it stuttered a bit then stopped, the engine turns but i wont try it again till i top up the oil.

my 90 was idling for about 10 mins this eve when it just stopped i have checked it for oil and its low is their a sensor to stop it on low oil level.

\ive swapped the wires to there correct connection and it now reads full all the time even when i open the sender and slide the connection up and down the resistor sounds like a faulty sender hey.

Does the temp gauge in the 2.5NA normaly give bother. where on the engine does it read the temp.

Morning i have shorted out the resistor terminal and the fuel low terminal at the top of the unit and their is contiuity at the bottom of the resistor that is what has me stumped.

i have taken my fuel sender out of the tank and wired it direct to the gauge. when the ball on the sender is down the gauge is empty and when thesender is up the gauge is full but there is nothing in between. do yous think the sender is faulty

How can i max my fuel efficency in my 2.5NA landi 90. Im aiming for 30MPG what can i do to acchive this.
