Converting a 3door 110 to 5 door utility

it would be built on a new chassis so building it wont be a prob want to do a rebuild like siwhite's one here: http://forums.lr4x4.com/index.php?showtopic=52585&pid=471136&st=0entry471136 its just 3doors seam alot cheaper to start with -
Hi there, just wondering if anybody knows how much hassle it would be to change a 3door to a 5door 110 logbook wise? would it just be send logbook off stating that it has been converted or will it need iva etc etc?
