I bought a 2006 Range Rover Sport. Love the vehicle but the headrests angle WAAY TOO far forward for the wife. They push her head forward and she has very bad neck problems. I modified the padding as much as possible (scooped it out to give more room) but that is not enough. I need a headrest that is vertical and not angled. The headrests that have the DVD screens are perfect except they are too wide to fit between the seat ears (OK, they only look like ears). The only DVD headrest for the RR are incredibly expensive. Is there another vehicle out there that has a headrest that fits the 2006 RR? I have never had this problem on any other RR, Land Rover must have hired somebody that failed ergonomics in school. Presently I have turned the headrest around so that it does not touch her head -- looks very stupid.
