just having a look at your pictures you really need to get some proper protection on that chassis, its amazing how quick they rust! PS nice v8, thinking about that mod for my own series 3!

mine used to do this, I just tightened up the selector rod tie down thingys and it hasnt done it since!

seriously, keep it fairly standard and just buy a second hand 2.25. the petrol is much better and has more power. have you considered prima power or an izuzu engine.
