  1. Sorry for wrong description. The leak happens between diff unit and propeller shaft. See Between 9 and 10 of attached picture.
  2. You are probably right. I found a leak between rear shaft and rear hub, It could be o ring leak. Wonder anyone fixed rear axle leak?
  3. I checked the wet area again this weekend. it is dry or half dry around it, apart of that it has no drips. I checked the tank and fuel pipe lines on chassis which is lower than the wet area. They are dry too. It seems a fluid was gushed from its underneath. I saw there are two grease U-turn hoses, last year MOT mentioned (Offside Rear Brake pipe corroded, covered in grease or other material to hose) I don't think they are brake pipe but connected ACE pipes (see pic). However ACE level is still at max. I saw the rear axle oil was low when I changed it last week, gushed from there? or from the breather of tank if the tank was refilled fully some day. It is mysterious to me
  4. Thank you for your info, Griff. Is the pipe connector to the engine direction accessible?
  5. I also suspect a line is chafed, but it is not above the tank which is half dry at the left of the picture. I don’t know if there is access to the line above a piece of metal plate secured by the four bolts or from under the car carpet.
  6. When I changed rear axle oil yesterday, I found its wet, then looked up forward a bit, there is a wet area where the rear seat is located above. I guess it could be leak from a fuel line (HP line?). But I can not see any fuel line at this location, maybe it is hidden between the inside floor and bottom of the car. How do I get access from the above of the wet area? Any ideas are appreciated!
  7. Thanks! Tanuki. There was no noise. Why doesn't this problem happen if the MAF is unplugged? This problem used to happen in 2/3 minutes after driving.
  8. I have been trying to sort out this issue for a long time. At the beginning I thought it was caused by old MAF, I have disconnected MAF. After more than one month' driving, this problem didn't happen, then I changed a new MAF, unfortunately this problem comes back again in three days, it happens sometimes. I have cleaned oil at the red connector of ECU and changed the injector harness and the fuel regulator. It seems it has no enough fuel to kick off engine, afterwards it comes normal. I am not sure which one should be diagnosed next.
  9. I have a garage changed FPR for fuel leak. But this problem still happens.
  10. Thanks Les, Is it easy to check and change PAS pipes from the bonnet? Kai
  11. I checked brake, ACE and PAS oils, they are light yellow. The coolant fluid is light pink. Are there any other fluids?
  12. Since reply doesn't have an attachment funtion, I have to put it in a following post.
  13. Sorry, forgot to attach the picture in previous post. Here is the picture
  14. My lovely disco. has oil leak at the front. I see oil dripping is clear. It suggests it is not engine oil. Yesterday, my wife told me she saw a black smoke. Although oil leak is not serious, I want to sort out as soon as possible, let me see if I can repair on my own. I attached a pic. Any ideas?
