ok sorted my oil cooler line the othere day i went under the crossmember and used 90deg hydrolic fitting to go around it . the noched a hold the winch plate . i have started make the bumper to day but that is for a diffrent page! [

am useing the 4 row cooler like this but because the winch is mounted so fare back the lines carnt be ran under our over the cross member

yer that looks well made . i am useing the original cooler that was no the discovery that the dox\engine came out of. i have fitted it to the frount of the radiator an i am planing on runing the lines round the outside of the radiator .

hey there . i rebulit my defender last year an done a auto convershion i mounted the oil cooler on the frount of the radiator an run the oil pipes under the frount crossmember . only problem now is i am fitting a winch i am goin to fit the winch mount plate as far back as possibal an the tranny lines are in the way and need to mount the cooler elsewhere . any one hade this problem before ?? if so where did you mount it pics would be helpfull thanks

good good going to make one that opens with the door but think its gonna be a bit tricky getting the measurements right so the door opens all the way without hiting the body. should be starting it soon just need to get the materials
