When i have had imports in the past some have had not know on the v5 , so it should be ok .

Fog lights should really go under the bumper , and spot lights above .

I think the sub is run with its own amp and would need a low level input , so would not run from a aftermarket head unit . As for noise the best way to get shot of that is run power and earth to the battery . Paul
