I've known looms get snagged pulling them back through, but you don't know about it until they melt and fuses start blowing. It's OK if you know the state of the inside of the rails, otherwise................

If you remove the pedal box from the vehicle and use a tube in a bottle with a vent (ie: a home made easybleed (about £6 in shops I think)) to bleed you'll get the job done in well under an hour with not a bad word to be said. Oh, as long as the pedal box bolts are rusted or stripped PS: Don't re-use the bled fluid.

Cables break , rods may wear, but you can bend them again and get home, that's Land Rovering

I remove it from the chassis and the cable tie to the floor so it doesn't impede rust protection and further work to the chassis.

Dear Les, Many thanks. I am new at this forum lark and it is quite pleasing and refreshing to know that people out there are prepared to help like this. Hello there. I was wondering if any one knows the part number for the Turbo Boost Diaphragm on a 2.5 diesel turbo DPS pump. Or perhaps more importantly, who supplies them. Best wishes to all fellow L-R owners. B)
