oh yes, I noticed the same thing on mine this week (weather's getting bad here). I thought it was a belt too. anyone solve this?

Where I live (Latvia, it's a country in northern europe) - I have seen ~10 defenders TOTAL. I have one of them. The brand new Range Rovers I see like 5-10 every day. By the way, I'm new here (Hi everyone! Normund (Black 110, TD5 1999)
