  1. I'm a bit late to the party on this one, but having done a little reading, as I currently have the same problem I think the issue may be the Bendix clutch. It's likely that the solenoid nis correctly engaging the starter, but as the Bendix clutch is worn / failing the shaft is spinning freely rather than driving the Bendix. Mine was starting first time every second turn of the key, but it's now every third!
  2. I built a cyclone vac using a 25l metal paint tin and a standard vac. The tin takes all the carp and the vac only has to deal with the finest of dust. Having done it I wouldn't go back.
  3. Goodness knows!!! Thread resurrection! Knowing how slowly some projects progress, and how stuff can lie about. Does the 109 SW chassis happen to still be available? Failing that, does anyone know of any for sale cheaply? Thanks Better I hope!

  5. Looks like the hanger at the rear of the middle box is to high. Dro that and the pipe should rotate away from the chassis.
