  1. Hi my name is Dan, Im new to this forum and i have purchased an Ex Aust Army 66 Series 2a 109 hardtop. I have just worked through all my roadworthy items like, bushes, hub seals, pinion seals, shockers, brake hoses, wipers plus replaced the head gasket due to a zero compression in cylinder 2&3. Happy to say apart from bleeding the brakes(just waiting on new bleed nipples as old ones just leak instead of bleed through nipple) im ready for my roadworthy test. What i would like to understand is about the paint job in my cabin, when i take of some panels i find areas that are painted a nice dark green, but over the top is the matt khaki. Can anyone tell me if the paint job in the cabin is what the army did or has someone along the way after decommissioned done a dodgy paint over job? Cheers, Dan
