Looks like there's a fibre washer that goes behind it. At least I can't see where else it may go...
Hopefully more details will arise if itās a simple fix.Ā

Thanks Junglie, I was looking to find out from anyone if maybe the bolt in the picture can be removed and maybe has a O Ring or copper sealing washer that I might be able to replace. š¤

Thanks Phil, Iāll see what the outcome of this problem reveals.Ā
Worst case scenario Iāll give you a shout Ā -
couldnāt upload to the site directly so hereās a link via YouTube.Ā -
After returning from camp I could smell diesel in the engine bay. Noticed the fuel pump was wet in certain parts and diesel slightly on the engine mount arm below it.Ā
Cleaned it off and ran the engine and watched. Hopefully you can see the pictures where I āthinkā itās weeping from.Ā
I canāt see anything above thatās running downward.Ā
ĀGot a feeling this is bad news? Iāve changed O rings in the past to sort leaks.Ā

Iām sure I seen the bottom pin is around 20-25Nm.Ā
Gladly the bottom pin didnāt have to come off.Ā -
Thank you!Ā

Does anyone (Ralph) have a part number for the 10mm bolts for the retailing ring for swivel ball housing ?Ā
-
Also any advice on the removal of theĀ railko bush?Ā

As youāve worked out now, youāve got the railko bush type setup. Not really any more difficult to setup, just make sure the preload is correct for that type (itās much higher than the later all-bearing type. And itās easy to miss putting the little fibre disc in the bottom of the bush!
Yes another thing learned. Even the mate whoās more knowledgeable hasnāt seen this set up before. I did remember to put the thrust washer in. Itās all back together now.Ā
Do you know off hand what preload it should be set to when itās all connected with seal on?Ā
Right now itās at around 10 lbs.Ā
ill need to search for gasket too for the back of the swivel ball housing as the original was goosed.

Ahh !!Ā FRC2916 Is what Iām after. Didnāt realise the early 1983 onwards had only a one bearing set up.Ā
Sorry for the unnecessary Ā reading.Ā
Might help some one else in the future.Ā
this swivel pin housing needs replaced.Ā -
Hi gang, gladly Iāve not needed to post for a while. However, after an MOT advisory about play in the swivel bearing. I decided to replace.Ā
I ordered a kit but by the look of it, itās not the right one.Ā
the thing thatās puzzling (for me) is Ā my 110 seems to only have one bearing located at the bottom swivel pin š¤ĀCan anyone shed some light on this set up from the pictures? Or indeed what kit Iād need.Ā

I fitted a new tank and a new sender. It started leaking diesel when i Topped up the tank. it turned out I hadnāt tightened the locking ring enough. So a long screw driver and chapped it to the right more and bingo.Ā
hope this video helps you.Ā

Iām a go between here, me personally would have ordered the rs relay. The mate is very fussy about what goes in his wolf.Ā
Im trying to get as much info on it for him as possible. What can I say..... š¤
-
Thanks TSD Much appreciated!!Ā
ĀTh mate has opened the relay up and says 20amp is stamped inside. So that RSonline one looks to be ok. Iāll send that into over to him and see if helps. I think the PRC9671 should do also.Ā

PRC9671 seems to be the one weāre after. Not sure about the rsonline one. Fingers crossed. Thanks guysĀ

Tsd super star !!Ā

Nope, there aināt no other markings unfortunately. Not sure of the amps required either. The closest I could find was RRC8600 but itās rated at 70 Amps. Donāt want to risk the wrong amps.Ā

The brake lights and indicators werenāt working. The hazards were. Then all of a sudden they started working. Checked the 7.5amp fuse and it was badly corroded. Thereās 5 relays and one is wired to the 7.5amp fuse. (The fuse for indicators and brake lights) getting it all cleaned up. Separated the harness to trace the wires. The relay doesnāt look great. So wanted to replace but canāt find one at the minute.Ā

Controls the indicators and brake lights. (We hope) or there will a new post soon.Ā
