  1. Deestones are very odd in the Wet on tarmac
  2. working 0800-2015 but if your stuck your welcome to come round and pull it apart I'll help you change the O rings and check the Back lash (in my breaks)you can put it back together then. I have the tools/jacks etc to do the job.
  3. D44 for the O rings they are an ARB part you could strip the diff out and change the O rings without a cmplete teardown. Backlash is easy to check/deal with in reality
  4. AR Turbo Engineering they rebuilt my Turbo it came back llike brand New 01924 477747 they get a courier to collect rebuild then return in a turn around service. they are Garrett approved dealers and can replace just the impellar(probably bearings as well) Not a DIY job as they are balanced at Very high RPM. mine cost in the region of £300 for new impellar/bearing housing set up etc delivered what went in there then?
  5. just been looking at RAVE and haven't found it yet

  14. Ali/Will Warne in a Scrabble championship play off HFH I would wager 2500KG and climbing
  15. Charles it could be the rubber O ring/rings inside, and this means a rebuild. not difficult but time consuming..... this shows the offending items cost about £2 each. After re reading your post, Simons advice is what I would do before pulling it apart. if it locks and stays locked the O rings should be ok
  16. I have it but you can't have a copy
  17. rear TD5 ones are the same as TDi ones FRC 8393 it is the front that are different. no need for a de carden on the rear the angle is ok. a wide angled variant will be of use if you have Very long travel suspension
  18. I wonder if anyone could make a similar frame slider from the page above. looks just the job IMHO I might give it a try and see if I can come up with something similar, nothing to loose bar some time.
