hi I have what can only be described as a whurring noise on full lock both sides when turning into parking spaces etc any suggestions would be appreciated cheers guys

Bugger Just took it to a gear box specialist- diagnosed as the high clutch drum cracked and 4th &5th clutch are toast apparently common fault ???

Hi td4 auto 2001 sometimes is over reving when changing up then imediatly drops back down any ideas please

Hi Just bought a 2.0 TD4 on a 01 plate. Looking in the engine bay at the rear left side there seems to be what looks like a small white plastic in line filter, connected to a quarter inch pipe coming from the bottom of the engine, that ends at the filter and connects to nothing. Any suggestions as to what it is Cheers

I am compleatly new to landrovers and am after some impartial advice on what potencial problems i might encounter. The car is a 2001 5 DOOR TD4 ES WITH 980000 MILES on the clock. I have the full history including all the reciepts from new, all work having been carried out at landrover dealear ships. Being totally paranoid i really would some pointers to either set my mind ar rest or prapare me for some hefty bills. your expertise would be greatly appreceiated. Cheers
