i think this puts to bed fabbed front radius arms or have we all forgoten the qt front arms breaking?and as si stated it is you the vehicle owner who will end up in court,as for going through small claims court to get the money back from rds,he will probably just disolve the company to avoid paying up judging by his response so far.

i have one of these,they will not cut more than 4 mm on a 13amp plug,they struggle to cut 8mm even on a 32 amp supply,but for the money i am more than happy,it does what i bought it to do,
i have a cut 40,will not run at full power from a 13 amp fuse,have to use a 16amp blue plug,ability to cut 8mm is questionable,but for the money i am not complaining,
have used t-wash as a pretreatment for painting on top of galve,in my experience you will never get a full consistant coverage,because by nayure the galv is not flat or smooth.
in the past i have removed the upper spring seat,cut off the rear end and fabricated new rails out folded 3mm sheet,sleaved over the existing rails,over lapping,then made up a new rear crossmember to suit,then just a case of refitting spring seats.
i am halfway through making one similar to the sealy type only stronger and more sturdy,i only want it to do 1.5mm stuff at home,any thing thicker i have a friendly local fabrication shop.will post some pics when it is finished.

i have a 4 year old dewalt 18v which i really pleased with,quoted at 440nm,has proved its worth doing on site repairs on heavy plant.only gripe is both batterys died within a week of each other and were £90 to replace(for 2).
