Boring computer stuff. I'm the I T Manager for the local Caterpillar dealer. Only thing makes it worth while is occasionally I get to play with some toys: This baby weights 320 tonnes, and is powered by a 69 litre, 1650hp V16 engine. The empty bucket weighs 19 tonne, and the payload is 44 tonne!! And no, I didn't get to actually drive it - biggest thing I drove was a 100 tonne payload dumptruck. Still fun though!

I have my newly restored IIA, which I can enjoy the spring sunshine with.... and I have my '97 V8i Disco County. This is my 3rd Disco. My first one gave it's life for me: This was after a 70's Toyota pulled out in front of me while I was doing 100k's. Luckily she had no passenger - that door ended up by the gearstick! Mine was not that badly damaged, but was written off due the the cost of the repair panels.....

Yes, your beloved Mod has been over on our side of the ditch, and I do believe he fell in love.... For those who can't quite see, that's a nice little 'V8' on that there front guard....
