  1. Thanks for the replies chaps. I will take a look. its an Essex V6 conversion, the wiring is all over the place though
  2. Hello, I have a converted Diesel to V6 Landrover 90 that (touch wood) although is a bit beaten up has never let me down. Off late though the front left main beam and the rear right light's do not work. the rear right brake light does not work either. All other lights, inc the side lights and Fogs work. I am a dufus when it comes to cars so any advice would be gratefully received.
  3. Cant remeber where i got mine. Leevsey or something like that
  4. No idea Jon. Was on the vehicle when I bought it.
  5. Chequer Plate Done. Needs another coat. Do that at the weekend unless i can swing an early one Need to do the inside as well and in those vents where you can see the yellow.
  6. He stripped it down, I know this cos I went to check up on him He spent Monday to Thurs preparing it, then gave it four coats Friday/Sat. He even done the inside of the bonnet to my ammazement. He said he would not touch it and we had discussed me hammerite'ing it. So I was well chuffed when I got home, lfted the bonnet to begin the hammerite painting, and it was done. I touched up the rubber along the back door this evening that you can see is yellow, i done it with a cheap artisit brush. I will roller the bits he could not do along the rear door edges that are hidden by the Tarp Roof, inside, I think all I will do it rub down and Hammerite it black. I will then Hammerite Matt Black the plating. So the Dangly Bit i just need to pull round the front Rool bar and tie up somewhere? Sorry I am a plumb
  7. This is what my £200 got me. I rekon its nice. Just one question. I seem to have two straps hanging down from the roof on the last pic. Any idea where they go?
  8. Another quick question. When to apply this? I am assuming the roof needs to be dry and no rain forecast?
  9. My 1989 90 also needs this doing. In fact when I want to use the washer jet the water ends up in the drivers and passengers foot well If you take the ashtray out i can feel the pipe connected to the jet, so there must be a hole further down the line, god knows how i am going to get to that
  10. The wight bit on the door striker keeps getting chewed up. I am assuming this means the door could do with adjustment?
