Hi, bit of advice required please!
Would a LT77 V8 gearbox fit a 200 tdi engine?
I have my old gearbox to swap the bell housing over.
Are the first motion shafts the same or..
Easily swapped?
Finally is £300 a reasonable price for a good low mileage LT77 ?
Cheers Barry. ..

I'd leave the galvanised finish...
No need to protect it and.....
No paint sticks to Galvwithout a GGOOD etch primer!!
-
I use Gojacks every day and they are superb.
For hobby use I would buy or make skates.
A fraction of the price.

Don't you just love the people who invade a post then talk 5hit!!!

Rather than the relays just use LED Bulbs in the Bumper lights!
So much easier! !!

I've an old Swiss Army trailer similar to a Sankey with a 60mm hitch.......
Only good thing is nobody asks to borrow it...LOL

What Lotus parts are you looking for?

I cut out my bulkhead on my S2a 17 years ago and replaced it with...NOTHING!!!
It's a Soft-top too and nothing has moved, the doors still shut fine.
So......My answer is.....Don't waste your time fitting/fabricating one!

Yes......Been going for about 10 years now.....Well worth the run out..

I once sent a vehicle for a pre mot check. ..
it had no lights fitted. ...
Came back later and it had been tested and passed.....
tester said if it wasn't there he couldn't test it...lol.
I suspect times have changed since then. ....
NO....Still the same rules ...

I've fitted Premier Hazard to mine and they are fine.
Don't waste your money on the cheap china junk!

I've a steel plate between the hoodsticks so it's hidden from view...
A Mag-mount will grip through the canvas and the coax passes
through the Door-shut to the radio.
Mine's been inuse for 3 years now without any problems...

Not being funny but Halfauds sell argo shield in small hobby bottles as do machine mart. Round these here parts in sunny Essex a couple of the welding suppliers will sell you a small bottle for £50 then just fill as needed so try your local supplier as it might just be the job.
HTH.
I'm near you so.......Any chance saying who for the gas round here? Cheers

I use that old-fasioned thing called a Telephone!
Never had any problems talking to Ifor Williams staff....

Good show but......
Most......No...... ALL of the work was done by others!
Friend of mine had it back to his garage to finish off what other "Experts"
had Balls-up
Wait to you see the 80"

Can't see the size but looks like a Mike Plug on a Key KM 450 PMR Radio

I can give you a quote if you let me know the Postcodes!
Been doing recovery since 1972....AA...RAC...Green Flag...Met Police...etc etc

Keep the semi card rolls that are often inside the Christmas gift wrap paper. Those centers make good gaskets.
Nah.......We're posh doen sarf....We use Cornflake packets still......

Joe1joe, do you have any more pictures of your truck? It looks interesting
Nothing interesting about the lock.......
It's off the second row of doors on an early 110!
They only lock from the inside...
-
If you only use it 3 weekends a year then sell it!
I'd hire a Defender when I needed it!
-
We use them to mount the Press Button boxes to traffic Light poles.
They weigh a couple of Kilos and, in over 25 years,I've never seen a PB box dangleing by the wires!!!
-
I would never just weld a winch tray to the chassis.......
Saw one rip out and take a lads knee cap straight off once!
I can still hear the screaming...
-
I would not put it on my Landrover either.
OK for pulling a dead ROLLING car up a trailer but that's it!
Saying that £60 is a fair price but the solenoids will cost a bit!

No they won't fit...

Hi Charlie...
I have a 2a to Ford 3ltr V6 adapter plate for sale.
I removed it from my 2a when I
fitted an Automatic transmission.
