took my 52 plate for mot today first failure in 3 years of owning it. it needs a brake pipe changing front to back . the test bloke says i can put a repair piece in to replace corroded bit. what size of pipe will i need and is there a kit available to replace the corroded piece. i have no doubts i can do it its just the sizes of pipw needed and fittings to do the job im stuck with ,,

i have a lot of condensation drip from the aircon pipes on my freelander . is this normal at this time of year.

found the leak a nice rip in the intercooler pipe , does anyone know where i can get the silicone intercooler pipes from as i have been told that these are a lot better and give a bit more power. thanks dave

just read an earlier topic on a strange noise which very much like mine im also getting what seems like a flat spot while the shhhhh noise is happening. so i will check the turbo pipe work tomorrow and see if i can see any splits..

im getting a shhhhh noise when acelerating but when the revs are stable it stops and a dont get the noise unless the car is moving . no shhh noise when the car is stood and i rev it. its a td4 diesel.. thanks for any help

hi all this is my first post. i need a bit of advice with my 52 plate freelander the hard top leaks water in i changed the seal for a brand new one , and its still leaks a bit , or will it be water that has collected somewhere .can the fastenings be tightened to solve this or is it a fault. as for the rest of the vehicle its a td4 and runs like a dream as yet.any help would be grateful for my first post dave :(
