Hi, I,m just about to fit an electric fan in my 300tdi, I have a couple of questions you good guys could answer? 1. Looking at the visco from above which way does the nut have to be turned to remove the fan.? 2. How do you stop the pulley from turning whist undoing the nut.? Many Thanks Pete. I am about to get an electic fan for my Defender 300TDi will a Mondeo fan fit if so what Mk 1 2 3 ??? , single or I believe they do a twin one? Also would is it possible to fit it will temp sensors so as to automaticslly which the fan on and off.? What will I require o get to work this set up?? Many Thanks, Pete

thanks Simonb I did check the lever moving on the heater unit, that the one on the top of the ? how do I check the my flaps?

Hi, Can anybody give me any idea why my heater in my 300 TDi? I have checked the levers are working and they seem to be. The water pipes to the heater gets nice a warm, the fan is working, BUT there don't seem to be any air flow even if the fan is on or off. There is no air coming into any of the air/heating ducts at all.
