Hi just finished a 110 rebuild overlander after 2 years hard work. Now trying to sort out the snags.one being,slight lack of power now fully loaded. I need to adjust the boosted fuel.but not sure which way to turn the capsule. Any help

Hi im replacing my leaking pinion seal in the slisbury rear axle. fitting a new flange and seal.it looks like a modified flange and seal.is there a torque setting for the flange nut as i can only find a setup for an axle rebuild with the crown wheel not fitted.

Might try rubber as fitted 2 set of foam,and water still coming in.any part numbers would help Thanks.

Help i have fitted new seals to my air vents on my 300tdi csw. Now have water coming in do the seals fit on the vent or the bulkhead. any help Thanks.

Thanks.How did you manage to rivet the plates in, as i seem not to have room between the bonnet skin and the stiffeners to get rivets in.

Hi im fitting a bonnet mounted spare wheel kit,to my 1998 110.the plates that have to be rivited in place on the under side of the bonnet. on the fitting instructions shows rivets from under side, is this right or are the holes driled right through the bonnet and rivited from the top, any help or photo would be good.Thanks.

Have you check the fuel lift pump before you mess with the FIP check for air leaks in fuel pipe work. 200 seem to to be a bit faster than the 300 .

This weekend found time in me jobs to do fit new cam belt. orderd belt kit from Paddocks. On removing front cover found belt has run off the edge of the pump sprocket,and over the liped edge of the tensioner.4 mm of belt missing Could any one tell me what modified parts are needed. Thanks for any help.

Hi, Finally got to the bottom of the problem with the turbo. It has the wrong body fitted,it is the body for a 2.5 diesal.with the part number for a 200 tdi.

Here is a photo of the Turbo. The part no on the plate is etc 7461

HELP I have just fitted a new Turbo to my 1993 Disco 200 tdi, The Part number for turbo is: etc7641. on fitting the turbo and the oil retturn pipe, I came to fit the oil feed pipe, but found the pipe on my engine had a banjo bolt fitting part number err3493, The engine number is 12L 74**** Looking at the new turbo, the oil feed fitting is a compression type with a concave end. The parts catalogue says there are two part numbers for this oil feed pipe,Part no for this pipe is err816 up to engine number to 12L 54*** Would this be the right pipe for the new turbo.

This one is mine, started with a 1 in lift.

Hi Any Ides our disco 200tdi after a ride out, comes back white smoke out the back when slowing down then putting the throttel down.also when ideling white smoke. Tried replacing Injectors where to look next. done 175000 mile runs well lots of power,could it be the pump or compresion.? Thanks

Have checked fuse links in engine bay.its like all the circuits are of one fuse or wire.just finding it is the problem.

Help got 2001 1.8 es went out in it to day lost power to power windows, heated seats, central locking,rear door lock and window,intera light and radio. Checked fuses as in book.Relays are not listed.checked link fuses all ok. have i missed any fusees that are not listed. Any help please.

Hi Looking at fitting an eezi awn rooftent to a frontrunner roofrack. Has anyone done this and is it easy to do,im told need to fit spacers.

Hi finely got rear seal sorted ater removing gearbox for the 2nd time. fault found in seal.where seal is fitted to the carrier there was a hole allowing ouil to leak out the seal.

Thanks all i get from landrover is we use rtv now. will see if i can get gasket form someone else.

Thanks Les did as your photos will check seal and former in the workshop tomorrow. Was a bit worried as landrover said use sealant and not a gasket,so i did and it leaks. Will let you know on result.

Hi Just spent the day removing my gear box from my Disco Tdi 300 and refitting it after replacing the rear crakseal.and fitting a cluth kit. The seal was orderd fron landrover and asked for gaskit for seal was told dont need gaskit as to use landrover sealant to be used instead. ON refitting everthing and starting now have oil leaking. Should i have fitted a new gaskit instaed of using sealant,as the one removed looks like a shim as well as a gaskit. Thaks

Hi im going to be fitting my air locker soon.could anyone give me the bearing numbers for the crown whell bearings so i can get them before i start. Thanks

will be looking into the tank thanks.have to see if there is a lift pump fitted in there.and start from that end and see what i find.

HI i have a 2ltr diesel. after about 10 miles it starts to run rough and pull back like lake of fuel. checked fuel pipes changed fuel filter its had a replacement fip fitted,but the fault is still presant. any help Thanks
