diet coke

help please as im very puzzled in this last lot of cold weather i suffered some really bad starting really sluggish engine barely turning over changed battery no different checked alternater glow plugs glow plug relay didnt make any difference at all but when weather had warmed up no probs starts really good i also changed new batt in case it was duff some say it could be a lazy starter motor or the oil very thick in cold weather any help would be a great help thanks

hi my gear stick has twice at weekend stuck in 3rd gear with a little bit of coaxing not with hammer it came out any one had this before what was the result cheers
