Ex-Pat Disco

I've searched everywhere, but I haven't been able to find it. I've got a '96 Disco with a mind of this own. When you enable the alarm, the doors will lock and then unlock with in 15 seconds causing the alarm to go off. I've noticed the rear driver side door lock won't engage when using the alarm. I have disconnected the door lock but I still get the same alarm issue. Any hints on how to fix this? Is it an alarm issue or lock issue?

I have a 96 Discovery, and I just installed a CB radio. I installed the radio through the aux power from the fuse box, but suddenly I've been plagued with a few electrical problems. I've lost my power locks, and the SRS light on the dash is on. The fuses are ok, and I can't figure out why I've got these problems.

I'm in Toronto, Canada. I'm not worried about the PC's. They are too lax about a lot of that stuff. Either lax or ignorant.

Is it possible to mount them on the front bumper? If I do that, am I going to get cooling issues?

I just purchased a 96 Disco 1 SE7, and a pair of Hella 3000 Rallye lights. I don't have any bush bars, and don't want to really install any. I will be adding a winch and recovery points later. I was wondering if anyone had any good ideas for mounting? All ideas are welcome!thanks!
