hi will series 2 windscreens fit a series 1 86" frame? my reason being devon 4x4 sell heated windscreens for series 2 only?? http://www.devon4x4.com/products_b/p939c219/heated-windscreen-for-series-land-rovers.html any ideas or even if some one can tell me the glass is the same size? thanks phill

rite ok then thts me sorted im going over to megasquirt, as u say the flapper system was abodge but i did need it to run sort of just to move it in and out of the workshop i was at, now the cars home i dont have to move it and can spend time doing the thing properly, does the mirosquirt plug need to be wired difernetly to megasquirt? if so wot is the pin outs?? thanks for help chaps phill

rite then im after sum directions in which way to go regards my v8 the spec of the thing reads as follows: (and is all brand new) its a rover 4.6 v8 coscast cross bolted block, 4.0 pistons new crank and rods etc its got stage 3 rpi heads with the 3.5 combustion chamber (hence 4ltr pistons) rhodes lifters cyclone cam with vernier pulleys pre-serpintine front end efi with 3.5 components except 3.9 injectors and inlet manifold hedman headers fse rising rate fuel pressure regulator and a few more bits and bobs lol the problem im having is ive got it to run on the 3.5 efi system with flapper and all that surprised my the most but after having it running a little while its very rich now i know i was being optimistic that the 3.5 efi would cope but what is the best option next? peoples options dump efi use a webber 500 carb set up (not sure of this because still doesnt help me in the water?) change to 3.9 efi system and chip the ecu for megabux! convert to megasquirt? convert to microsquirt? a freind is trying to stop me going megasquirt because it will be hassle tuning? to make this even more complex my engines in my series 1 hybrid that im still building so cant be taken on the road for shakedown/testing! anyone that can help with their views on which is best way to go for max power/torque and off road ability? no worried about mpg at the mo any help plz phill

i didnt relise triggerwheels did ms1? they only list microsquirt id like to get it from triggerwheels because i like the packages they sell thanks phill

cool any ideas where i can get hold of a ms1 on a v3 board kit from? id be interested in the complete plug and play kit wiring loom price? who sells the plug and play wiring kit? ive been serching the internet for supplyers and most of them are in usa, id rather buy from the good old uk! thanks phill

hi ive got a 97" 3ootdi disco my problem is on hot overrun theres loads of white smoke coming from the exhaust? only hapens when its hot and not speed dependant? ive checked for headgasket signs and visible leaks and found nothing? anyone got any ideas?? thanks phill
