But it's on a H plate (1991), so probably retro fit doors?

Hi All I'm currently looking at a H reg (1991) Defender. It has a 200tdi engine, but has the old style lift up door handles. Possibly ex-military vehicle? Any other explanations? Thanks Matt

Hi all, I'm looking at buying a '93 Defender 90 200tdi. It's actually quite tidy for it's age but there is only one little thing that is worrying me - the mileage on the vehicle is 205,000 miles. Is this actually a worry that it's quite high mileage? Is there any big issues that will start affecting the vehicle? I've checked all the obvious rust areas - bulkhead, cross member and all looks fine. It also has quite a good service history. It is mainly costly engine issues that I am worried about. The asking price for the Landie is £2500. Thanks in advance people! Matt
