Morning chaps, I got in the car this morning (2002 TD5) and started driving and soon after I hear a periodic smacking/clunking sound as if something attached to the wheel was hitting the underside of the car. the sound then suddenly stopped and the car then violently drifted to the right and then felt as if the front right tire was flat, so I pulled over and saw the tire was absolutely fine.   2. Hi Folks, Have been running some new separate electrical cables for the front headlights on my 1997 Defender 110 300 Tdi. Upgrading with dedicated relays and new cable runs. Will post a link to blog on then once finished. However, when feeding the new loom (in conduit) from behind the heater and across the inside top of the NS wheel arch, noticed that the tape protecting the original cables had taken some abuse. My 2008 Puma will not start it was working fine and then did not start. checked the battery and it was not good so changed it ( this battery was checked snd it is ok), and the car will not start. The lights go on, the dash too, but it will not crank, and the solenoid does not make any noise. I think it is inmobilized but don’t know how to check if it is that, or how to get it out of that stage, or what else it could be ?( the ignition lock?) Appreciate your help
