de Vries Robbé
Would anyone know if I can fit a 3f engine in a land rover 2a serie. I think of moving forward the front crossbar and the grill and do whatever it needs to fit the engine in. Is it possible with good will? ToyRoverlander
Everything is possible. Quite a large engine though. I hope you want to fit the rest of the cruiser drivetrain as well, as the Rover stuff might not live long.
de Vries Robbé
Large engine yes, too large for the head to ache. I eventually bought a 3b, the one they use for coasters, with the gearbos, the double and rear drivetrain. This weekend I am going out to buy the front drivetrain and steering. ToyRoverlander
Excellent choice! I've also got a 3B in mine, with turbo and intercooler. Pump turned right up. Totally different engine, heaps of power and lots of off idle torque.
