western
110 based backhoe digger/posthole auger, the green one was at the independent LR dealer when I bought my 110CSW back in 1993, no idea where it is now, also found pics of possibly a 2nd version with blue cab, but they could be the same vehicle, the green one is c271ADu & hasn't been taxed since 1989. Arjan
Western, just how effective are these conversions ? I use mini diggers a lot and they seem to require quite a bit of weight - and a blade - to be really effective if used for anything other than light duty digging... I have seen one on pics - never in the metal. Would love to play with one... The Cherry Picker we had was really, really useful..
western
IIRC only 3 were built on 110 chassis, maybe 2 or 3 on Series chassis, they were killed off by the new tracked mini diggers, never seen one in normal use so can't say if they were as useful as a mini or midi digger. western
That article was about his full restoration, the green 110 is having the same work but by a different owner.
