mrandmrsbree
Hello, can anyone help with our radio/sat nav problem? P38 vogue 2001, the sat nav died a few months ago, but we still had radio, but then that died last week! well the radio comes on but no sound, I have tried my dads radio that works into our car, but still same problem, it comes on but no sound. Checked the wires and connections etc, to the best of my knowledge they seem ok, but then again I'm not a genius when it comes to wires etc, does anyone have a diagram of the wiring for this model please? Or any help for what else I can try? Grateful for anything at the moment lol
Tanis8472
Probably the satnav unit in the side of the boot. Try unplugging it and see if radio works again. Satnav units eventually stop working.

elbekko
On the higher specs (like yours I presume, with the satnav) there's an amplifier. Considering the radio works fine, just produces no sound, my bet would be on that.
