Neither are particularly outstanding engines, both would need considerable work and expense just to get them up to the performance of some similar off the shelf engines. I know the feeling - if I had the sole intention of doing RTV trials then there is no way I would have bought the RRC in the first place, and if driven by pure economics then I would have scrapped it months ago bought something more suitable. It's just that I had it lying around and I thought it would be interesting to have a play with it.
