Hey Stephen,  saw this earlier and thought of you (if that's not innappropriate):

Not sure if that would save you some time or even be possible?

Well thought, however I have purchased a 6 mm titanium coated blue coloured end mill that i've tested out on a piece of cut off shaft and it cuts it easy enough so I now have a back up once again thanks, keep that thought process going lol regards Stephen

When I started doing this many many years ago I used D2 front arms as they have a bit more room between the bushes

They could be an option if I can find out the dimensions, however at the moment I'm looking at making a single link arrangement regards Stephen

I think you have done right adding the extra meat to the axle, dunning and Fairbank at Leeds got me new needles and cups for my mog axles(416) when mine were knackered saving me over a grand on merc parts.

Fantastic work, so simple but needs so much skill and patience to actually get right.

Slightly undersized but can be enlarged Slightly with a flap wheel unless I can pick up a 50 mm reamer at a reasonable price

Tacked both sections together for drilling, how heavy really

The dedication here... astounding.

Thank you, obviously I have no choice, it ain't going to happen if I just stand looking at it, once you start you have to see it through, have to say I don't think you ever truly take in the amount of work  required when you look to start a project regards Stephen
